A new kind of general store is taking root in Mount Pleasant.
It is more than a storefront—it’s a gathering place for those called to live more simply, more skillfully, and more connected to their food, faith, and community.
From clean, shelf-stable pantry goods and bulk grains to heirloom tools and heritage kitchenware, our shop is stocked with the essentials for building a resilient home. But the real heart of the Hub? It's the people. The stories. The revival of skills once passed down from hand to hand.

Follow along as we build a space where community and confidence meet—rooted in the past, prepared for the future.
At the Homesteaders Hub, we believe in celebrating the hands that still know how to make, grow, and create. From soap to sourdough, wooden spoons to beeswax wraps—our space exists to uplift the people already doing the good work.
If you’ve perfected a heritage skill or craft, we want to help you share it. Our Hub offers affordable retail space for local makers and homesteaders to sell their goods without giving up a cut of their earnings.
Rent a dedicated space for a small monthly fee

Whether you’re a seasoned soap maker, a backyard herbalist, or someone whose pantry staples deserve a wider reach—we’d love to help you grow.
Let us know what you make, how you make it, and why it matters. We’ll follow up with next steps to see if it’s a good fit for the Hub.
